Messi the Genius...
The Argentine captain and Talisman of FC Barcelona keeps on
adding trophies to his private collection. The soccer ace has been awarded his second Golden Boot for
his amazing record of scoring the most goals last season in Europe. Messi scored 50 goals for Barcelona;
his previous Golden Boot was awarded in 2010 with 34 goals that helped the team
win the Liga Title. Messi also has
won the prestigious Ballon d’Or award for individual player three times and is
up on the list of contenders for this year.
At 25, Messi carries on to win the hearts of fans around the
world. Recently, his performance with club and country has been extraordinary,
FC Barcelona continues with an undefeated streak so far this season, and
Argentina is leading the charts with 20 points in the World Cup qualifiers. The beautiful game has seen many stars
come and go, but Messi is simply amazing.
