Mesut Özil might just be the weapon that Arse Wenger needed for his Arsenal. There is no doubt that since the arrival of the German playmaker the Gunners have geared towards a positive outlook. They are currently on top of the table of the EPL standings and most likely they will be sharper this season than previous years because Özil is just that good.

It is just the beginning and there is so much to see about Özil. The 24-year-old has yet to adapt to his new club and the English Premier League but for a world-class player of his caliber it should not take that long. Undoubtedly, the services of the German playmaker will be greatly appreciated by the Gunners' fans.

It was a great move by Arsenal to snatch this magnificent player on the last day of the summer transfer window. As mentioned, Özil possesses the unique quality found in a few footballers. He has an amazing ball control and his passing skills are unquestionable, his game may have been lacking lately when he was at Madrid but it was probably because he was not getting enough playing time. Özil is an experienced World Cup player that belongs on the pitch not on the bench.
