The one time I decided to kick the ball and the goalkeeper
was able to put a hand on it to send it off. It was the most amazing shot yet
it was not good enough to go inside the net. That was the kind of shot that
made the fans stand up and that most thought it was going in.
That shot is unforgettable! Because it could have changed
the outcome of the game! It could have changed the results of the month! It
could have made so many happy souls that night! It was almost perfect.
It was a magnificent shot but it did not go in. No one will remember a shot no matter how good it was. It’s all about goals; but I cannot stop thinking about if for some reason.
It was a beautiful set up too; it was a long ball that I
controlled with the chest, and then I just turned around and kicked it towards
the upper 90 volley like style. You should have seen it! It was unbelievable,
but it was not good enough. I was truly disappointed. But that is how it goes
with this game!
My career is not over and I will continue taking risks on
the pitch. I will continue either hitting the net or hitting the crossbar! And
I will definitely continue taking amazing shots.
